Sugah’s Shrimp: These jumbo shrimp are pan seared in the lightest batter, set atop
fresh spinach and arugula, and served with Italian Verdi dipping sauce. $10
Smoked Salmon Panini: Traditional pressed sandwich with smoked salmon, cream
cheese, capers and red onion between slices of hot buttered sourdough bread. $10
Big Beef Hamburger: A big warm bun and a huge hunk o’ meat, and everything tastes
better with bacon, blue cheese and basil mayo. $9
Tuna Nicoise Salad: Seared tuna with tarragon vinaigrette, olives, eggs, asparagus. $13
Smoked Salmon Salad: Spinach, arugula, sun dried cherries, goat cheese, spiced
pecans. $10
Tuna Burger: Maybe we should come up with a different name for this one, but it is so
good with wasabi mayonnaise, and Asian slaw. $11
¼ Muffaletta: HUGE Italian classic sandwich from the Big Easy. Genoa Salami,
Mortadella ham, Hot Cappicola ham, provolone and green olive-red pepper relish
stacked on round Italian bread. Served with French fries. $9
*We use local, natural beef, pork and lamb (no antibiotics or hormones) as well as locally grown produce
(as much as possible!). Our bread is also made locally at Luna Bakery. All of our recipes
